About Our Programs:

Each program of CHOICE has a different focus, but they all compliment each other and have the same basic goal: that of teaching people how to find and utilize community resources, an essential component of successful and long-lasting reintegration into the community.

Peer Advocacy
Advocates are intermediaries who can act persuasively on behalf of clients, to mediate disputes, protect rights and obtain community resources. Most meetings take place in the office.

Community Placement Team
The Community Placement Team reaches out to people in Westchester’s shelters and streets to help them transition back into the community.

Supportive Case Management
Supportive Case Managers meet with clients in the community at a minimum of twice a month to address their goals and needs.
